Delivery Time Frame Your items will typically arrive at the address you provide within 2 weeks of your order being placed. A consultant will contact you promptly where a delay in delivery time is expected. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email enabling you to track your parcel online.
Preassembly Your items will be preassembled prior to packing where possible however some assembly may be required. Written assembly instructions will be given in such instances.
Receiving Your Items You will need to be present when your parcel arrives unless you have given us permission to leave the item at your door. For some large/heavy items we may also contact you for specific delivery instructions.

Returns and Refund Policy
Our Returns and Refund Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law - 'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or in breach of a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon return of that product and presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return. Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Mobility Aids Australia accepts fault. That is, if we delivered the wrong product, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or we are in breach of a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to you.
The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to visit our store in person, where our team will be able to assist you immediately. If visiting our store is not convenient for you, then please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on (03) 9546 7700 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the available options.
In the event that your product must be returned to our store, please allow five (5) business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by Mobility Aids Australia.
In the event that you change your mind, please call (03) 9546 7700 or email@example.com; exchanges are possible within seven (7) days of purchase at our discretion. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition (unused) and packaging. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional return and delivery charges will be incurred at your expense.
