Mobility Aids Australia is proud to offer unbeatable service support on all
products that we supply. We not only have experienced consultants to help
you make the right choice when purchasing, but we also have our own
trained technicians to help should you require a service, need replacement
parts or just need some professional advice.
PARTS IN STOCK
We keep a large stock of the most commonly requested parts to keep
you up and running. The most popular parts, for example batteries,
chargers or tyres, are sourced from a number of leading suppliers with
an emphasis on value, quality and performance. By only supplying
products from the largest, well-established companies we can ensure
that replacement parts are readily available in the future.
HOME SERVICE
Our service technicians are available to come out to your home for repairs
on many products – including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs or
electric beds (a standard call out fee applies). We strive to keep all parts
prices and labour costs to a minimum.
FULLY EQUIPPED WORKSHOP
Should we need to bring your mobility aid into our workshop we will
always offer you a loan product to minimise the inconvenience (subject to
availability). Alternatively you may return the product to our workshop for
assistance – we advise that you contact our service department to ensure
a technician is available to assist you when you arrive.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:
The RACV offer an excellent 24 hour roadside
assistance service for wheelchair and scooter users. We recommend this
service to all our customers as it represents great value at around $41 per
year. They will ensure you’ll never be stranded even if you get a flat tyre
